01 (Battle For Gobotron)
The evil Renegade Gobot,Cy-Kill wants to take over Gobotron. When he and his right hand Renegades flee from the Guardians to the earth, the NASA astronauts Matt Hunter, Nick Burns and A.J. Foster are pulled into this intergalactic conflict.The animation is a bit different from what they used in the regular series.Crasher uses her lightning stomp for the first time on Hans Cuff when he tries to capture the Renegades after they steal the Astrobeam from Rest-Q.Pathfinder,Rest-Q,Staks,Hans Cuff,and Zeemon are the prominent Guardians on Gobotron.
02 (target Earth)
Scooter and Nick report Leader One that Cy-Kill and Dr. Braxis are on the way to the North Pole. They want to steal the energy crystal called Sorium. With it Cy-Kill wants to take control of all the humans on Earth. He releases the enormous machine monster Zod on the Guardians.
03 (Conquest OF Earth)
Cy-Kill and Dr. Braxis steal the energy crystal Sorium and kidnap Russian scientist Dr.Anya Turgenova. The crystal is used to propel a Pulsar generator,through which Cy-Kill can manipulate the thoughts of all humans. The Guardians rescue Anya and interrogate Crasher with the brainstormer.Thruster transforms for the first and only time revealing a green head and laser eye beams.The Command Center looks like one of those robot dogs that were briefly popular.Anya calls Matt a capitalist dog and Crasher shares her deepest fantasies about Leader-1(Oh,ugh..I..remember the good old days) and demolition derbies, while everyone else listens with great interest. Then Leader-1 orders Scooter to probe Crasher with more intensity, Crasher moans and then spills the beans.The Guardians discover that the Renegades will use the Norad base inside Cheyenne mountain to take over Earth..
04 (Earth Bound)
Dr.Braxis helps Cy-Kill get into Norad where he promptly takes over.Geeper Creeper does not like humans and gives Dr.Braxis a rough ride all the way to Norad.Cy-Kill forces all the humans to work for him with the hypnotic signal of the Pulsar generator. They must manufacture thousands of enormous Zods. The Zods will invade Gobotron. After the humans turn against them L-1,Turbo,and Scooter have to run for it.Leader-1 is captured, strapped down, and brainstormed for what seems like days by Cy-Kill. Crasher enjoys every minute of it.Tank and Cop Tur are sent to wipe out Turbo,Scooter,A.J.,and Nick.Scooter frees the kids from Cy-Kill's control by creating a device that blocks out the hypnotic signal of the pulsar generator.Geeper Creeper and Tank both end up going back to Gobotron because the Astrobeam wears off demonstrating what a poorly conceived device it is.
05 (The Final Conflict)
Cy-Kill sends the Zods to Gobotron, in order to take over there. But Leader One succeeds in stopping him with the help of the Earthlings Matt,Nick,Anya,and A.J.Dr.Braxis goes to jail. Matt and Anya kiss passionately and appear to have fallen in love. Anya says Is good yes? and Matt replies Da.Is very good.Matt is so corny.Anya's best line ever:Let us blow this pop stand!.Poor Anya does not get to do anything like this again,at least she got to be in the opening credits.Matt and Anya don't seem to continue their relationship but that's open to interpretation.Crasher and Cop Tur are captured after a long great fight with Turbo,Nick,and A.J.The early's 80's disco music used in action scenes is fantastic and adds to the campy flavor of the show

(Cy-kill's escape)
Turbo is left with life-threatening injuries after he had tried to prevent Cy-Kill's escape from the prison moon. Blaster,Flip Top,and Hans Cuff are all hurt badly too when Cy-Kill escapes along with Fitor,his right hand Renegade.Scooter and Nick get lost themselves while fleeing the Renegade escapees and find info about the legendary Last engineer, the creator of the Gobots, only he can save Turbo

(Quest For The Creator)
The Guardians find the Last engineer". It turns out however he is really the Master Renegade whose goal is to conquer Gobotron.Vamp and Scorp make their first appearance.The two mutants fight Leader-1,Matt,Pathfinder,Scooter,Flip Top,and Blaster.Scorp pelts Matt with his tail stings which look like snow balls.Flip Top blows Scorp right over.Pathfinder takes the lead in this episode and Blaster is now green instead of orange which he was in the Battle For Gobotron.Small Foot is shot by the Master Renegade when she tries to stop him,she can no longer convert.

(The Fall OF Gobotron)
Small Foot is repaired by Professor Von Joy and Rest-Q.The situation on Gobotron becomes worse. But while the Renegades attack the planet, the Guardians finally find the real "last engineer".Sparky makes her first appearance here.Pincher does too,he is created by Dr.Go who mutates an ordinary Gobot using a modifier device.Leader-1 is disassembled meaning that he is spun until he falls into pieces and then sent into deep space.The last engineer,the other humans,Scooter,Small Foot,Sparky,and Turbo rescue Leader-1 after he has been disassembled by Psycho.Then the last engineer reassembles him but the group is forced to split up because the Renegades are chasing them all.Turbo ends up in Tank and Cop Tur's Thruster after hilariously pummeling Crasher and Fitor.Sparky and Scooter are chased by Renegades.Small Foot,Leader-1,the humans and the last engineer are safe in an escape ship.


(Flight to of Earth)
In a special spaceship the Guardians succeed in fleeing to Earth. There they must prepare for the forthcoming large assault of the Renegades.Sparky and Scooter must free Turbo and the other captured Guardians from a detention center.Scooter fools Twin Spin,Royal-T,and Spoiler into thinking the Command detention center is going to self destruct.


(Return to Gobotron)
With the help of the power suits the Guardians succeed in capturing a stealth device of the Renegades(Crasher and Fitor).Leader-1 and Turbo really pounce on Crasher and Fitor.Then Small Foot uses the brainstormer on them.Torture and rendition galore! Who said these Gobots weren't tough? I don't recall the Autobots torturing or mind probing any of the Deceptacons,but maybe I missed those very special episodes.The Guardians try to lure their opponents into a trap using the power suits.Turbo's suit has advanced fire power,Scooter's suit allows him to be telekinetic,Small Foot's suit has numerous scanning devices,and Leader-1's suit makes very fast and protects him from damage.The suits are used again along with Courageous the ship/gestalt in some more episodes throughout the series(see:Auto Madic,Sentinel,Scooter Enhanced,Ultra Zod,and Destroy All Guardians).Sparky and the humans come along in a Command Center to help.The last engineer shows up in Courageous so they can combine to form the Power Warrior and defeat the Renegades.



(Time Wars) 3.5/5
With the help of a time machine Cy-Kill and the Renegades accidentally travels to ancient Rome to become ruler of Earth. The Guardians are ambushed and captured there. This has a horrifying effect on the future. Pathfinder and A.J. have to go back in time to the rescue. Pathfinder blows the head off a Cy-Kill statue in Rome with great enthusiasm. There are some very good action sequences in this one. Matt and Nick fight in the arena too.
(Forced Alliance) 3.5/5
The Guardians and Renegades must make an emergency landing on a planet, which is populated by giant spiders. They agree upon a truce. But Cy-Kill wants to use the situation to his advantage.This is Dozer's first speaking role,and he sounds like a Texan.He also sounds just like Staks who was originally voiced by Frank Welker in the first mini-series.The giant spiders are cool and the dueling groups forced to work together is fun.Crasher and Turbo are stuck in a web.Crasher is helped by Turbo and then she takes off leaving him to become Gobot du jour.Anya shows up briefly at the beginning for all those who lust after the Russian star.

(Invasion OF The 21st level - part 1) 3.5/5
Cy-Kill brings insect-like creatures from the 21st level into our universe. They are to be used against the Guardians. However the Insectoid queen Xor overpowers Cy-Kill and the other Renegades. Cy-Kill and Xor's wrestling match is a classic scene.Blaster and Small Foot are the new Guardians on Earth in this episode.

(Invasion OF The 21st level - part 2) 3.5/5
It looks like no one can defeat the Insectoids from the 21st level.. Leader One and the Guardians must muster all their forces in the fight against the dangerous opponents.Blaster goes back to Gobotron because the Astrobeam wears off. Heat Seeker's first appearance, he swoops into this episode like a breath of fresh air. Braxis has some good moments in this one.
Dr.Braxis:Oh,Uh..I could do without the bumps!
Turbo:Fine,sweetheart.Get out and walk.
(Cy-kills Cataclysmic Trap) 3.5/5
The Renegades enslave the alien inhabitants of a planet to use them for hard labor in a mine. When the Guardians check it out they are ambushed and captured. Snoop makes her first appearance here as a Guardian and it's not enough this show needed much more of her.Snoop was calm,cold,and flirtatious.She races Leader-1 in the beginning in her blackbird SR-71 form.She also takes him on later in an interesting showdown.She blasts Scooter into oblivion,which should earn her some more fans.She could certainly match Crasher and Vamp.I have always thought Snoop would have been awesome as a member of Zero's Rogue Renegades (see:The Third Column).Snoop and Small Foot are voiced by the same actress(B.J.Ward) and the same is true for Crasher and Pathfinder(Marilyn Lightstone).

(Sentinel)3.5/5
UNECOM's resident sexy Russian scientist Dr.Anya Turgenova builds a super robot, which will protect the earth so the Guardians do not have to. Sentinel is tricked by the Renegades and tries to destroy the Guardians and Earth. The Power Warrior Courageous shows up for a great fight with Sentinel. Anya does not take off her form fitting fur-hooded parka even though the UNECOM base is clearly in the desert. She is either climatologically challenged from living in the Arctic or she has extremely poor circulation. Some people might find this tantalizing. I just think it is bizarre.

(Genius and Son)Unrated
The Renegades coerce a brilliant but disgruntled scientist Dr.Moebius to use his new weapon against the Guardians.The scientist's son Danny helps the Guardians against the Renegades and shows his father the error of his ways.Scratch is here as the guest starring Guardian and fights Cy-Kill on Pluto but unfortunately he loses.

(Renegade Alliance) 3.5/5
Cy-Kill meets a powerful intergalactic knight named Alvanar.Alvanar dresses like a super hero. Cykill wins him over by pretending to be a victim of Guardian aggression. With his assistance the Renegades want to take over Gobotron.

(Dawn World) 3/5
Nick and Scooter must make an emergency landing on a primitive planet. While they are there they have to contend with dinosaurs, sea serpents, a tribe of cannibals, and the Renegade Mutants.


(Speed Is OF The Essence) 4/5
Two humans , think an injured and silent Turbo is a completely normal car, and use him for an auto race while Crasher is trying to kill him and Cy-Kill is trying to take over Earth's power. Crasher has lots of fun wrecking other cars and trying to kill Turbo. Scales tries to eat Leader-1 and Van Guard.This episode is so very 80's. The music,the clothes,and the expressions in this episode are all specific to that decade, for fans of 80's style.

(Trident's triple Threat) 3.5/5
Cy-Kill wants to take over the Earth using a super Astrobeam(a teleportation device).Crasher and Cop-Tur critically injure Small Foot and Loco steals the Astrobeam with Matt Hunter in tow.Trident, a scary evil Russian cyborg aids Cy-Kill in this mission by kidnapping the leaders of the world with this Astrobeam. The equipment can transport people and things across the universe. Margaret Thatcher is the special guest star, against her will,of course

(Renegade RAM PAGE - part 1) 3/5
Cy-Kill discovers a special power source on the planet Tri-Ceti.The power comes three pieces of an amulet kept by elder Trindles of Tri-Ceti.The Trindles look like the Keebler elves in Peter Pan hats and matching tights. One amulet can produce an impenetrable field. Cy-Kill tries to steal it.

(Renegade RAM PAGE - part 2) 3/5
The Guardians succeed in fleeing from the planet Tri-Ceti and following Cy-Kill to the Earth. Cy-Kill uses the tramulet to put the heads of state of all countries into a deep sleep and appoints himself,the ruler of the world.

(It's The Thought That COUNTs) 4/5
The Renegades capture and brainwash Scooter. They give him the order to destroy the main computer of a new Guardian security base.There is lots of Guardians in this one.The final showdown at the end is one of the best for the Gobots series.Scratch,Dumper,Dozer,and Road Ranger are the reinforcement group. Dumper flips Pincher,Road Ranger gets jumped by Cop-Tur, and Snoop is silent the whole time but happily firing off blasts too.Dozer is voiced by Peter Cullen in this episode who is also the voice of Optimus Prime, Pincher, Tank, Spoiler, Stallion, Stinger, and Blockhead.

(The Nova Beam) 4/5
With the help of a new weapon made by Dr.Braxis, Cy-Kill wants to destroy the sun. he destroys Guardian security outposts first. The Guardians do not know where the weapon is being fired. Crasher flirts with Leader-1, Cop-Tur says "Whoever said life was going to be fair?", A.J. calls Dr.Braxis a "sleaze ball" and Dr.Braxis flirts with Pincher.


(Cold Spell) 4/5
Cy-Kill seizes a machine, from the evil human Dr.Frost, with which he can control the climates of the whole world. The Guardians seems to be powerless against it. Thankfully, Dive-Dive and Screwhead show up to steal all the scenes they are in.
Dr.Frost:None of this would have ever happened if the world had recognized my genius.
Nick Burns:I'm sure the jury will be weeping when they hear that.


(The Quest For Roguestar) 4/5
The Guardians discover that Roguestar ship of the Renegades is in close proximity to the earth. They go on a search for it. They use a Trojan horse ploy to get inside Roguestar.Pathfinder and Crasher have a great showdown.


(Cy-kill's Shrinking Ray) 4/5
With the help of a molecular infuser Cy-Kill makes the Guardians toy size in order to crush them and take over Earth. But when that plan does not work they also have to shrink themselves to destroy the Guardians. In a classic scene the Gobots are all toys at one point fighting in young Nathan's bedroom. Nathan catches Crasher in a catcher's mitt that she promptly blows a hole out of. Scooter gets into hologram-drag as Crasher in another scene.

(Doppleganger) 4/5
In a battle Snoop tapes Leader-1 instead of blasting him. Snoop:"Such a good looking Gobot. What a waste." She has filmed the other Guardians too. Crasher's take on this :"Oh great now we have home movies of the Guardians!". The obvious reason the Renegades did this was so they could make realistic doubles of the Guardians. Gradually they replace the real Guardians with their evil automaton doubles. In this way Cy-Kill plans to take control of Gobotron.Leader-1 doubts Small Foot's capability as an active Guardian after Crasher almost destroys her in a battle. Leader-1 is humbled in a famous ambush scene with Crasher, Cop-Tur, and Dr.Go on top of him.Small Foot, Scooter, and the humans realize the other Guardians are not themselves. Will they be able to stop the sinister Renegade plot?

(Game World) 3.5/5
Both the Guardians and the Renegades are kidnapped on the planet Kolab. While they are there each group is forced to fight each other in an arena for entertainment. Matt, Nick and A.J. must find a way to release them.

(Crime Wave) 4/5
Cy-Kill equips the criminals of the earth with the most modern technology. But the Guardians soon discover the energy source of the gangsters. Flip Top and Cop-Tur have a great helicopter to helicopter showdown.Stretch(Tux) gets decent exposure in this episode for fans of the stylish top hat wearing Renegade. Also,Dr.Go(Herr Fiend) transforms into a Porsche 928 finally. He looks very cool in vehicle mode but absolutely ridiculous as a robot wearing a monocle.


(Scooter Enhanced) 3.5/5
After being damaged in a fight with Crasher, Buggyman, and Fly Trap, Scooter is equipped with blasters instead of a hologram projector and feels incredibly strong. He becomes careless when the Renegades attack and try to steal the Power Suits. Small Foot spins like Wonder Woman to transform into her vehicle mode.

(Wolf in The Fold) 3.5/5
After several secret missions are sabotaged the Guardians discover that there is a Renegade spy in their midst and set up a fake mission to draw the villain out but when the fake mission turns dangerously real the Guardians find themselves in desperate trouble with the Renegades about to gain the upper hand. A decent episode anyway even if you know who the "wolf" is.

(The Gobot Who Cried Renegade) 3.5/5
Scooter develops special equipment with his young human pal Billy. It allows the Guardians to foresee Renegade attacks. But the device generates false alarms. Eventually, nobody takes the warnings seriously.


(Lost on Gobotron) 3.5/5
Matt, Nick, and A.J. are abducted from a peace conference by the Renegade garbage truck Fly Trap and a strange creature named Gorn to Old Gobotron,which is a strange, archaic world deep within the new Gobotron.Scooter gets zapped and Leader-1 and Zeemon wonder where the four of them are.Matt,Nick,and A.J. are forced to fight for their lives in an arena amongst other strange creatures in Old Gobotron which is ruled by Rex,an old Gobot.Cy-Kill is behind the whole thing,so that they would miss the peace conference,not be able to sign a peace treaty, and cause a diplomatic disaster.Scooter and Leader-1 eventually show up to rescue the humans.Matt and Gorn duke it out over a lava bath.Fly Trap is tied by the urchins and a wall falls on Cy-Kill.


(Steamer's Defection) 4/5
Steamer,a Renegade steam roller discovers that Cy-Kill wants to demolish a whole city using construction vehicles under his control.Steamer is told to kill Sparky,but he won't because she's so nice and the prettiest female Guardian too. Steamer decides to defect to the Guardians. The Guardians regard the whole situation however as a trap. Nick befriends Steamer and trusts him.Steamer turns out to be genuinely good,saves the day,and becomes a Guardian.He is never seen again though and there's no toy version either.I think he has a cool design though with the metal mohawk,jack of diamonds eyes,and muscular forearms.


(Ultra Zod)3.5/5
While on vacation with her aunt and uncle A.J. Foster finds out that the Renegades enslaved the inhabitants of a whole city. They force the people living in the town to build a massive Zod for them.A.J. rocks as usual,she always was the best out of all the invented human characters on this show.

(Whiz Kid) 4/5
The Renegades steal equipment from a clever young girl named Buddy, with which they can remote control the Guardians. They take control of Leader-1,Turbo, Blaster, and Good Knight who try to kill Scooter and Nick. Soon all the Guardians will be reprogrammed to be the mindless slaves of Cy-Kill.The four Guardians go to Gobotron,and take the Gobotron council hostage.Leader-1 really blasts Pathfinder and she falls under the the table.Night Ranger and Hans Cuff try to stop the Renegade controlled Guardians to no avail.Scooter and Nick have to find there way out of this peril,alone.There are lots of Renegades in this one too.


(In search OF Ancients Gobonauts) 3.5/5
An age-old spaceship is discovered in Ecuador. It belonged in ancient times to the Evil One a powerful, malevolent Gobot.The ship contains the Dark Heart,a powerful weapon used by the Evil One in Gobotron's past.Scooter is disturbed by this discovery. When the Renegades discover this, they want to steal the destructive weapon.Not a bad episode but they could have used new Guardians and new Renegades and they did not again.



(Fitor to The finish)4/5
The Guardians takes Fitor prisoner, the deputy commander of the Renegades. They want to brainstorm him on Gobotron. In order to prevent this, Cy-Kill takes several hostages.A really good episode because Cy-Kill refuses to just blow up the Command Center with Fitor in it as Crasher suggests.Cy-Kill wants Fitor to be kept alive because even though Cy-Kill is harsh to Fitor,they are good friends and they go back a long way(see:Et Tu Cy-Kill).


(Depth charge) 4/5
The Renegades try to develop a secret underwater base in the South Pacific.The Renegades capture sailors and enslave them.The Guardians find their base. They risk everything to stop them.Dive-Dive returns and surprisingly he is big enough to have Turbo and Scooter as passengers inside him.Flip Top and Water Walk have some good fights with each other in this one.Peter Renaday,the voice of the Master Renegade and Splinter from the original Ninja Turtles toon voices a Capt.Highliner lookalike in this episode.


(Auto madic) 3.5/5
Cy-Kill makes a deal with a used car dealer for the production of special robot cars. These can be joined to produce an enormous super robot, the Puzzler. But before Cy-Kill can use the new giant combined robot, the dealer's loud, controlling wife steals the Puzzler controller.The Puzzler is cool to see but it would have been so much better if they actually had individual personalities like on Transformers with the Combaticons and Constructicons.The Power suits and Power warrior are put to good use though.Staks wears a power suit even though he only comes as a Super Gobot which obviously does not fit into the toy power suits.Heat Seeker appears but with Pathfinder's voice for some reason.An amusing animation mistake.Perhaps Pathfinder,like Bad Boy,(see:Wolf in the Fold)likes to dress up as Heat Seeker.I suppose that would be another instance of Gobot cross dressing for other examples (see:Tarnished Image and Cy-Kill's Shrinking Ray).


(The Seer) 3.5/5
The Renegades kidnap a blind boy named Sean, who can see into the future. When he refuses to co-operate with them Crasher and Pincher kidnap his mother and then use a machine on him to force the predictions out of him to gain the upper hand with the Guardians.Sean sees the future and the Guardians are defeated in it.Blockhead traps Van Guard in cement up to his neck.Crasher knocks logs on top of Turbo.Leader-1 gets shot down by Pincher,Cy-Kill,and Cop-Tur.Scooter used a hologram and they rescue Sean and defeat the Renegades.Van Guard is left behind in the hardened cement,a bird lands on his head,and this little bird looks like it's going to crap on him.Poor Van.


(Pacific Overtures) 3.5/5
Cy-Kill offers to hold a peace conference with the Guardians and the humans. Leader One is in agreement. But Turbo is skeptical. He wants Leader-1 to realize that the Renegades really want to trap them all in one place.Cy-Kill has the Renegades wear portable stealth devices so they can be invisible individually.Turbo knows what Crasher's exhaust fumes smell like,when she's invisible.Good ol'Turbo knows a Crasher fart when he smells one.

(Transfer POINT) 4/5
Leader One and Scooter go into a parallel dimension, which is a completely different world. There the Guardians are the aggressors and the Renegades are the good defenders of Earth.The good Renegades have softer more human voices and the evil Guardians have the deeper,computer type voices.The good Crasher is just as cool as her evil counterpart. I liked the good Cy-Kill too.This could have been even better as a two part episode. I’d have loved to have seen the evil versions of Small Foot, Sparky, Rest-Q, Flip Top, and Dive-Dive. Good versions of Zero, Gunnyr, Bug bite, and the Mutant Renegades would have been very interesting.

(Tarnished image) 3.5/5
Dr.Go invents a holographic device which makes the Renegades appear to be the Guardians. Cy-Kill is Leader-1, Cop-Tur is Turbo, and Crasher camps it up as Scooter. They perform violent actions to destroy the good reputation of the Guardians on earth. Their plan seems to work. The humans really annoy me in this one( I know what you’re going to say: “But T.G., they are always annoying!” ).

(The Ring OF Fire) 3.5/5
The Renegades threaten to blow up a volcano on a small island. In order to prevent the potential global disaster, the Guardians intervene energetically. Leader 1 offers himself as a captive.Small Foot and Scooter tag along to help out.

(The Third Column) 5/5
The Renegade Japanese fighter plane Zero revolts openly against Cy-Kill. Zero turns away with the other Rogue Renegades he recruited(Geeper Creeper, Twin Spin,Bad Boy,and Tux) from Cy-Kill. Zero wants to eliminate Cy-Kill and his Renegades(Fitor,Crasher,Tank,Cop-Tur) , defeat the Guardians,and take over on Gobotron.The battles are great,Crasher and Turbo team up,Zero poses a real threat to Cy-Kill and Leader-1,and there is a big explosion. One of the best episodes of the entire series,without a doubt.

(Renegade Carnival) 4/5
The psychic woman Mira informs predicts the future plans of Cy-Kill. It is it therefore a thorn in the side for Cy-Kill. Mira is captured by my favorite "dumb like a fox" Renegade cement truck Blockhead. Leader One and his friends end up at carnival used as a front for the Renegades ,which is ,of course a trap.Loco takes everyone on a lovely train ride into a dark cave.


(Clutch OF Doom) 5/5
With the help of a new invention created by Dr.Riolas Cy-Kill makes all humans on earth microscopic in size. The humans are contained within a few small glass balls. After the seizure of all humans on Earth, Gobotron is now at his mercy. He promptly takes over and the Guardians are now outlaws. But Leader One has a way to stop them.There are great battles and tense moments in this one.Well done.

(A New Suit For Leader One) 3/5
Cy-Kill succeeds in transforming Leader One with the help of a special power suit into a Renegade. But his plan backfires magnificently.The other Renegades betray Cy-Kill when L-1 takes over as Renegade leader.Fitor however stays loyal and helps Cy-Kill.Cy-Kill even helps the Guardians against the new evil Leader-1.

Escape From Elba) 5/5
The Guardians succeed in bringing Cy-Kill to the prison planet Elba under lock and key . The Renegades employ various methods to rescue him. Fitor and Geeper Creeper feign interest in becoming Guardians.Fitor flirts with Anya. Cy-Kill does not remain locked up either.Elba is a dismal place.Royal-T and Street Heat really can't stand being there.Cy-Kill tricks Royal-T and Street Heat into becoming Renegades and they help him escape.The duo attacks Van Guard and Heat Seeker.Turbo is captured also when he goes on a mission with Fitor,Geeper,Spay-c,and Hans Cuff to check on Elba after a distress signal is sent by Van and Heat.Cy-Kill escapes to Earth with Fitor and Geeper and uses his mind control on Spay-C and Hans Cuff.Everyone forgets about Matt Hunter who is still on Elba.Anya's final appearance,from Russia with love.Dos Vadanya.


(The Gift) 4.5/5
The Guardians and Renegades meet an alien being named Allerick. This alien being has remarkable, magic abilities. He will give his gift of great power only to the most worthy beings. Cy-Kill tries to sway Allerick to his side. Matt Hunter will almost die in this episode and it takes place in Niagara Falls.Tork shows up as a Renegade in this one and Night Fright (called Blades in this episode) is here too.He does not get to do much but at least he got to be there.



(The Last Magic Man)3.5/5
The Renegades establish a base on sacred , native soil. The native magic man Tanatchka is not happy about this disrespect.Go Tanatchka! Cy-Kill wants to force Tanatchka to hand over his supernatural powers.Tanatchka's a powerful mystic,he turns Gobotron into a small globe.Another episode where they could have used new Guardians or new Renegades and they did not. The message about mysticism is interesting and this episode is very similar to “The Gift”.


(Element OF Danger) 4/5
Crasher tries to steals a rare element from the lab that Sparky and Prof.Von Joy are working in.Cy-Kill meets Princess Astral, who has amazing special powers while trying again to steal the element from the Guardians. Astral's people are trapped in crystal and she needs the rare element to free them. Cy-Kill plans to use her against the Guardians.

(Destroy all Guardians) 3/5
The Renegades come into the possession of enormous monsters from Dr.Suberia. The Renegades devastate large parts of the earth with their assistance. Even the Guardians are defenseless against these biological combat machines.The Guardians use the Power warrior but this episode still isn't good.

(Braxis gone Bonkers) 4/5
Cy-Kill succeeds in creating a new base on one of Saturn's moons,Titan. The Guardians have to ask Dr. Braxis for assistance to disrupt the Renegades stealth device. He designs an anti-camouflage field generator for the Guardians. Dr.Braxis is at his loony best in this one. The Guardians have a great showdown in the end with the Renegades.

(The Secret OF Halley's Comet) 3.5/5
In the tail of the Halley' comet the element "Quantimite" is found. It is considered the highest-energy element of the entire universe. Cy-Kill wants to bring it into his possession because it is being used by the Guardians to power the impenetrable shields of the Star Fortress which hovers over Earth.Cy-Kill uses mind control on Matt and Prof./Baron Von Joy tells the Renegades:You fools kan't doo zis! I don't think Von Joy ever transforms into his Porsche mode.

(E Tu, Cy-kill) 5/5
After a skirmish with the Renegades on a planet,Tri-Trak is hurt,and Leader-1,Turbo,and Treds search for an energy source they detected on the planet. Scooter tells the humans and Tri-Trak, of a time when Cy-Kill was still another Guardian. At that time he was also a good friend to Leader-1. Leader-1,Zeemon,and Cy-Kill are high Protectors at this point,meaning they are high ranking officers of the law in Gobotron.The Renegades are not united as they were with the Master Renegade,they are scattered in various gangs.There are aliens known as the Parthian Raiders who also threaten Gobotron's resources. The three High Protectors must go on three separate missions to deal with these threats. Leader-1 and Turbo meet for the first time and defeat Crasher and Cop-Tur on their mission. After failing in his mission against a Renegade faction led by Zero,Cy-Kill is humiliated. Cy-Kill then plots with fellow Guardians(Fitor and Dart) and the Renegades Crasher and Cop-Tur against Leader-1. Zeemon fails at his mission too and he gives up his ability to become a Z-car.Although in "Doppleganger" Zeemon does transform into a Datsun/Nissan 280ZX.However Cy-Kill won't give up anything though,in fact, he plans to take over Gobotron.

(The Gobots That time Forgot) 5/5
Scooter discovers a mysterious world inside the planet Gobotron. A secret society of Gobots live there, who have no knowledge of the outside world. Gunnyr rules this world with Bugbite as his lieutenant.They have a scrambling tower that prevents all Gobots from using all of their abilities. Bugbite & Gunnyr have descramblers, so they can control all the other Gobots. Scooter becomes trapped there and Leader 1 and Turbo go in to rescue him. Ace and Dart make their first appearances here as the two good secret world Gobots who help them find Scooter.Gunnyr and Bugbite are a refreshing treat for those of us who liked a variety of villains as opposed to Cy-Kill,Crasher,and Cop-Tur every week.
(Terror in Atlantis) 3.5/5
A magic Amulet gives power over a set of monsters and Demons, which live on the island Atlantis to Cy-Kill. With their assistance Cy-Kill wants to take over the world. A.J. drives a Boomer which is blue and blasts the Renegades with it.Tork is knocked out of commission early on in the episode even after he handled the Renegades quite well.Matt Hunter flirts shamelessly with Dr.Lois Ranson. He has completely forgotten about the Russian dynamo Anya who is better than Lois in every imaginable way.Matt is clinically insane.

(Inside job) 5/5
Leader One ,Turbo,and Van Guard want to see what's wrong with in the on board computer of the Command Center.Professor Von Joy thinks it's a good idea to go inside the computer itself. In order to do so they become extremely small. Then they are beamed inside the machine by Scooter. Soon they discover the cause for the error: The Renegades(Vamp,Pincher,and Scorp) have infiltrated the computer and are damaging it from inside.The six Gobots square off in the computer.Scooter is left alone to defend the Command Center from Cy-Kill,Crasher,and Cop-Tur with very amusing results.Scooter plays dress up as Cop-Tur and Cy-Kill to confuse the three and then plays with the Command Center systems.As Cop-tur/Scooter tells Crasher "you couldn't find your head with a map!" and calls her "brake-breath!".Crasher is furious.Crasher runs into the real Cop-Tur and blasts him.L-1,Turbo,and Van exit the computer with the mutant Renegades but the C trio is waiting for them.Scooter plays with the systems which send the Renegades flying up and down,closes doors on them,and then a hose sprays them with frothy brown liquid.A classic episode and the action sequences within the computer are very good too.







(Mission Gobotron) 4.5/5
The Renegades attack building material shipments for a renewal on Gobotron. The Guardians,especially Man-O-War demand that aggressive counter measures are taken against the Renegades.Scooter almost dies in a fall.To me it seems like this could have been written as the final episode,it has all the final episode traits:lots of action,lots of characters,suspense,and Leader-1 does some narrating,something Gobots characters don't do very often.

(Quest For new Earth) 5/5
Cy-Kill, the Master Renegade and The Last Engineer have a three way battle over the Unecom "new" earth colony . The peaceful settlers of the planet are captured along with the Guardians.The Last Engineer and the Master Renegade have a classic showdown.Creepy,Scorp,and Vamp fight Crasher,Cy-Kill,and Coptur as well as Tri-Trak,Throttle,and Twister.Tri-Trak,Throttle,and Twister the "new" Guardians are great in this episode if only they'd gotten more screen time.
Vamp:"You always were a loudmouth Crasher!"
Creepy:"I just bagged a bag of wind!HAHAHA!"

(Guardian Academy) 5/5
The young Guardian cadet Tri-Trak(who has an Irish accent for some reason not Scottish) prepares for his final evaluation to become a transforming Guardian agent along with his team Staks,Tork,and Twister and the other cadet team of Chaos,Re-Volt,and Traitor(if those names aren't suspicious I don't know what is!).Tri-Trak is the rebel who doesn't play by the rules or work well with a team but he is effective.Tork is the mean Guardian in this episode for some reason and he really shouldn't be a cadet considering he was already a full Guardian operative in "Terror in Atlantis" and a Renegade in "The Gift" inexplicably,they could have used Clutch,the Renegade Super Gobot pick up.The writers also could have used Bent Wing,Major Mo,Tailpipe,or Pumper in "Terror in Atlantis"since none of those Guardian Gobots got to be featured in the series at all.What were they thinking? Anyway,the test on the shooting range goes badly for Tri-Trak, since someone manipulated the plant. Tri-Trak finds out that Renegades have infiltrated the Guardian academy and they plan to kill a Guardian leader.But who are the undercover Renegades? Are they on his team? Will anyone believe him?






Gobots:Battle of the Rocklords movie

The Guardians are rebuilding Gobotron when a strange rock ship appears carrying the Jewel lady known as Solitaire and her knowledgeable assistant Nugget. Solitaire tells the Guardians that an evil Rocklord named Magmar has taken over her home planet Quartex and stealing power scepters of various Rocklords to create a very dangerous weapon. Fitor overhears all of this and Cy-Kill promptly attacks in an effort to capture Solitaire and Nugget.Nugget escapes but Solitaire, Small Foot, Nick, and A.J. are all captured. The Renegades take them to Quatrex to bargain with Magmar and steal the ultimate power scepter. The Guardians follow with Nugget helping them. Meanwhile Boulder,the good Rocklord leader tries to stop Magmar from taking more power scepters but the renegades show up and Boulder and his group must retreat. Boulder and the good rocklords eventually meet up with Nugget and the Guardians. The Renegades team up with the evil Rocklords and there is a big confrontation at the end between both groups.
